Payment and Shipping

We're very sorry to announce that we cannot ship to Estonia, Bulgaria, Australia or Japan. Customs have simply been intercepting too many orders in these countries lately. We cannot justify selling to our valued customers when the chances their orders will be delivered are so slim. Please know that we're as disappointed as you are, and we'll try our very best to find a way to start shipping to you again!

Shipping Information:

1. Seeds will be shipped separately from all other products!
2. Packets of regular seeds contain 10 seeds each. Packets of feminized seeds contain 5 seeds each.
3. Orders will be sent after the payment has been settled in full!
4. Our special postal department prepares parcels for shipment TWICE a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
5. All paid orders received will be ready for shipment the next Tuesday or Friday.
6. Each stage in the order process will be confirmed by e-mail.
7. We do NOT accept cheques, Money Order & MoneyGram!

Shipping Costs:

We charge a flat rate fee for shipping and handling. This fee helps us maintain our high standard of fast and stealthy shipping. Every order is wrapped discreetly in some type of free gift to make sure it reaches you safely. The shipping charge for this stealth service applies worldwide and comes to €8 per order.

We only accept Visa and Mastercards. All other Creditcard providers cannot be accepted. So Paypal can also not be accepted. This is the quickest method of payment. REMEMBER: Stealth Shipping by Priority mail = NO track & trace. Due to the nature of our merchandise, we are unable to offer tracked postage of any kind.

We ship to almost all countries, but that doesn't necessarily mean we'll be able to ship to yours. In case of uncertainty it's best to check with us before you pay for your order.
Please note that due to inconsistent and contradictory local legislation, we always err on the side of caution.
