Our new shopping system makes use of a new order status tracking system.
Normally, your order status trail will progress as follows:
- Processing -> Paid -> In transit -> Shipped
- Processing -> Waiting for payment -> Paid -> In transit -> Shipped
- Processing -> Closed -> Paid -> In transit -> Shipped (this is the trail when chosing banktransfer or sending cash)
Explanation of the different order statuses:
- Processing: Your order has been placed, but you still need to pay for it.
- Paid: We've received your payment (credit card, bank transfer or cash).
- In transit: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped.
- Waiting for payment: We're awaiting your payment. If you've sent cash or a bank transfer, this may take a while.
- Waiting for approval: We're manually re-checking your details for security reasons. This may take up to a couple of days and is no cause to be concerned! It's simply a standard random test our financial department occasionally performs.
Additional possible statuses:
- Refunded: Your payment has been refunded.
- Re-sent: We've sent out your order again.
- On hold: Shipment is pending. We may have run out of stock, or you may not have paid the full amount.
- Failed: An error occurred while you were ordering. Please try again.
- Closed: If chosen payment method is banktransfer or sending cash, the status "pending" will automatically change to "Closed" after 10 minutes. This does not mean you cannot pay for your order or you have to place a new order. You can still pay for your order. After receiving payment, the status will change to "Paid".
If you fail to pay for an order, even after we've reminded you, we will close that order.
